About

Nazgol Nayeri (born in 1990, Tehran, Iran) began learning to paint when she was 9 years old. After graduating high school with a diploma in graphics in 2008, she studied painting at Alzahra University in Tehran and earned a bachelor’s degree in painting in 2013. She started her professional career from 2010, participating in several group exhibitions. 

Nazgol Nayeri was the finalist in the second “Vista Contemporary Art Prize” in 2017, and the first “Annual Mohsen Projects Grants” in 2018. The focus of her works is inspired by nature and poetry. Nayeri currently lives and works in Tehran.
